General Qualifications;

1. Must be a Filipino citizen;

2. Must be a graduate of Doctor of Dental Medicine

3. Must be a Board Exam passer;

4. Physically and Mentally Fit;

5. Not more than 30 years old for civilian applicants and 46 years old for PNP in-service applicants;

6. Must have relevant experience and training.
