Midwife Board Exam Result April 2015







The result of the April 2015 Midwife Board Examination has been
released by the PRC.

1,968 examinees took the exam but only 882 passed.

The No. 1 Midwife School is Camarines Sur Polytechnic College-Nabua,
It has a passing percentage of 96.15%. Out of the school's 52
examinees, only 2 failed.

The April 2015 Midwife Licensure Examination 1st Placer also came
from the Bicol Region.

April Kay Vargas Calderon is the exam's topnotcher. She is a graduate
of Catanduanes State University in Virac. She has a passing
percentage of 89.75%.

All those who landed in the top ten came from Midwifery Schools in
the Bicol Region.

The Board of Midwifery gave the exams in the following Cities:
1. Manila
2. Baguio
3. Cagayan de Oro
4. Cebu
5. Davao
6. Legazpi
7. Lucena
8. Tuguegarao
9. Zamboanga

The PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional
Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on
April 29-30, 2015.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
1. Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
2. Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula),
3. 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and
4. Complete name tag),
5. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with
   name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P
   450 and Annual Registration Fee of P420 for 2015-2018.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster
of Registered Professionals.
