The Top Performing School is the University of the Philippines in
Diliman with a passing percentage of 100%.

But the Certified Public Accountant Topnotcher in the person of
Mark Anthony Blanco Tacuboy did not come from UP-Diliman  but came from
the University of Saint Louis in Tuguegarao.
