On
occupational therapist board exam result

The result of the August 2015 Occupational Therapist Board Exam has
been released.

107 out of 170 Occupational Therapist examinees passed the exam.


The No.1 Occupational Therapist School is University of Santo
Tomas (UST). It has a passing percentage of 80.33%. Out of its 61
examinees, only 12 failed.


Cesar Suyko Llanto III is the exam's 1st Placer. He is a graduate
of Velez College. He has a passing percentage of 82.80%.


15 Occupational Therapist schools participated in the examination.


The Occupational Therapist exam was given in the cities of Manila
and Cebu.


The members of the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy
who gave the Board examinations are:

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card
(ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on August 19, 2015
but not later than August 20, 2015.


Those who will register are required to bring the following:
1. Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
2. Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
3. 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background
   and complete name tag)
4. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope
   with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee
   of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2015-2018.


Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the
Roster of Registered Professionals.


The date and venue for the oath taking ceremony of the new successful
examinees in the said examination will be announce later.
