ARTICLE 147.
2 KINDS OF ILLEGAL ASSOCIATIONS:
1. Organizations totally or partially organized for the purpose of committing
any of the crimes in RPC; or
2. For some purpose contrary to public morals.
PERSONS LIABLE:
1. founders, directors and president of the association; and
2. mere members of the association
Public Morals - matters which affect the interest of society and public
convenience and is not limited to good customs.
