Update: Latest Real Estate Consultant Board Exam Result


The result of the Real Estate Board Exam has been released.

The Real Estate Consultant licensure examination was given by the
Board of Real Estate Service in Manila last December 3, 2015 (written)
and January 21 and 22 (Revalida).

19 Schools participated in the examination.

3 Schools have a 0% passing percentage.

The following are the Real Estate Consultant Board Exam Topnotchers
1st Placer - Teodoro Alejandro Yujuico Kalaw 83.40%
                   Ateneo De Manila University - Quezon City

2nd Placer - Mariliza Villarosa Kalaw 81.40%
                   Ateneo De Manila University - Quezon City

3rd Placer - Lloyd Capilit Llaga 80%
                   UP-Diliman

Last year's Real Estate Consultant Board Exam 1st Placer is from
Lyceum of the Philippines University in Manila.

23 examinees took the examination but only 18 passed.

Eduardo G. Ong is the chairman of the Board of Real Estate Service.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card
(ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on January 27, 2015.
